Only damaged items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
When received, your request will be processed and exchange items will be shipped to your shipping address on file.
Late or Missing Exchanges
If you haven’t received an exchange, contact Graham Sale for an update.
Exchange Terms
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping charges for approved exchanges, will be covered by us.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
